Public Parking

  • Free Public Parking is ONLY allowed at Francis Howell Central High School 5199 Highway N. Cottleville, MO. 
  • There will be 2 shuttles running from Francis Howell Central High School to Frankie Martin's Garden from 10am-5pm continuously.
  • Handicapped guests can be dropped off at the entrance to Frankie Martin Gardens.
  • Parking anywhere else other than the approved locations for this event will subject vehicles to ticketing or towing at the owner's expense.
  • All guests must use pedestrian walkways to cross Highway N.
