How do I buy Tickets

Where is the check in area? 

Check In Tent will be at 5372 St. Charles St. Cottleville, MO 63304.

Where is parking available?

Free Public Parking is located at Francis Howell Central High School 5199 State Rte N, Cottleville, MO 63304. There will be 2 free coach buses running from our parking location to Frankie Martin's Garden 10am-4pm continuously. Guests with disabilities can be dropped off at the entrance to Frankie Martin Gardens. Parking anywhere else for this event will subject vehicles to ticketing or towing at vehicle owner's expense.

Is there a designated driver ticket available?

Yes and it will be strictly enforced. Any designated driver in possession of alcohol will be asked to leave the event. DD ticket includes access to the event space, access to live music and performers, soft drinks and water.

How do I get a discount on Bourbon and Brew Tickets?

Is there T-shirts available?

Limited Edition Bourbon and Brews Festival T Shirts are available for pre-purchase at checkout. Quantities are limited, order yours now before they are gone. Pickup June 13th 2026 at the SLBS Merchandise tent during the event.

What happens if it rains?

This is a rain or shine event, no exchanges or refunds. There are a few covered areas in case of rain but guests should be prepared with proper clothing and umbrellas if the weather turns wet or cold.

Will there be drinking water available?

Yes! Every guest will be allowed two complimentary bottles of drinking water. There will also be drinking water coolers throughout the event. Guests are allowed to bring in their own water too if desired.

Can I buy the spirits and beer I sample at the event?

Yes! There will be an extensive selection of spirits and beer for sale at a discount, not all that you taste will be available. Order forms will be available throughout the venue; orders can be placed at the Frankie Martin's Garden Merchandise tent. Orders will be processed the following Monday; guests will be emailed or called to let them know when their order will be ready for pickup at FMG. Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to arrive to FMG.

The following items are ALLOWED:

  • Small purses
  • Cameras
  • Water bottles and hydration packs, plastic or aluminum water bottles
  • Sunscreen in non-aerosol containers
  • Personal-sized hand sanitizer
  • Folding camp chairs and blankets

The following items are PROHIBITED:

  • Coolers of any kind
  • Glass containers of any kind
  • Backpacks, large purses
  • Drones or any other remote flying devices
  • Illegal and illicit substances of any kind
  • Outside food or beverage, including alcohol, of any kind
  • Pets (Service Dogs are allowed)
  • Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, wagons, carts, or any personal motorized vehicles
  • Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind
  • Unauthorized or unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples, etc.
  • Weapons or explosives of any kind, including fireworks

Agreement:

By purchasing this ticket, you agree that any vendor reserves the right to refuse samples for any reason including over intoxication. Ticket holders will be refused access to the event if they arrive intoxicated. Event staff and security reserves the right to remove any ticket holder for unprofessional behavior, unsafe actions, intoxication or any reason they deem necessary. This is an over 21 adult event, ticket holders will be expected to drink in moderation and hydrate often.

Wristband Fulfillment:

*Bourbon and Brews will be incorporating direct shipped wristbands this year which guests will receive in the mail aproximately a week prior to the event. Please look over the information located in your package and don't forget to bring your wristbands! Orders placed after May 24th 2026 will require guests to pick-up wristbands at will call the day of the event. Wristband fulfillment and shipping is handled by ID&C Wristband, a small transaction charge at checkout covers all fulfillment and shipping for the entire order, not per wristband.

*Ticket confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as you complete your purchase. If you don't see the tickets in your email, please search stlouisbourbonsociety@buytickets.at Guests will need both their ticket confirmation and wristband to enter the event.
